1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within [2–5] business days after payment is received. If there's any delay (e.g. due to stock availability or holidays), I’ll do my best to keep you informed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Typical delivery windows:

• UK: 3–5 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and any customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on a standard rate. Occasionally, I may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked.

4. International Shipping

I do ship internationally! However, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame, please get in touch at [your email or contact page link]. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that means a replacement or refund.

7. Digital Products

If you purchase a digital book (e.g. ebook or PDF), it will be delivered immediately via email or download link after payment. No physical shipping applies.
