
Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s gone wrong, I’ll do my best to make it right. Please read below for the details on refunds, returns, and replacements.
1. Physical Books
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at darrel@scifi-odyssey.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue if possible. I’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Change of Mind:
Unfortunately, I can’t offer refunds for physical books due to change of mind, as books are often printed or shipped to order. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs)
All digital product sales are final. Once a digital file has been sent or downloaded, it can’t be returned. However, if you have trouble accessing your file or received the wrong format, please contact me—I’m happy to help.
3. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
